When Phoenix is knocked out while she has a full 5 bars on her Hyper Meter, she turns into Dark Phoenix, which is a more powerful, more rutheless version of her.
She has the lowest health in the game, so don't think it's cheap.
Servbot follows Tron around, like in MvC2. He is not playable himself this time, though.

I apologise for double posting, but I have a new roster that may be my final one, depending on what is said about it. And yes, I did get rid of Shadow...  One of my toughest decisions, but I feel that 3rd Party characters should be on their own. |

I'm currently working on my roster right now.
Anyways, the things to say
Waluigi: You've said before many people hate him. I don't think he'd be likely to put in.
Toon Zelda: Why her? She's not very unique at all, and when we're talking about Sakurai, he'd make her a clone.
Vaati: I don't know what to say here; he'd be good, he might not be likely, I just don't know.
Nightmare: I honestly don't know why he'd add that, but he'd be very fun to play as.
Who's that at 2:33?
I don't know why you would think of adding Isa. He's not much different from Saki.

Black Shadow: He was there on my previous roster too. And the one before that. And don't complain; Goroh's on there too. Waluigi: True, but if anything, I want to complete the Quartlet. Aside from that, Waluigi represents the Mario Sports games, which is like it's own branch. Toon Zelda: 2 things that would make her not a complete clone: Short legs, and no Sheik. Aside from that, like Doc, Mew2, and ROI, she was planned for Brawl. I left out Dixie and Toon Sheik because they were scrapped parts of OTHER characters. Toon Zelda is fine; Toon Sheik is not. And the Final Smash could be Phantom Zelda. Vaati: Second most recurring villain in the Zelda series. Is an enemy of Toon Link rather than Link. Nightmare: He's my WTF character.  Despite only being two games (one being a remake of the first), Nightmare is considered a memorable and favorite villain in the Kirby series. Not only that, but he (not Dark Matter) was the main villain in the Kirby anime. I put Nightmare on for two main reasons though: To give the Kirby series a TRUE villain, and to give the Kirby series an unlockable character. 2:33 is Orbulon from WarioWare. I added him because he could be considered antagonistic (being that he planned to take over the Earth before his ship crash-landed). And being a stereotypical alien. He would also be the most unique character to use from WarioWare. Everybody says "ASHLEY" or "MONA" or "JIMMY T." or "9-VOLT", but I say screw all of them, give me Orbulon! Isa: He uses a jetpack, which I haven't seen Saki use. Not only that, but where Saki's moves could be more sword oriented, Isa's could be more gun oriented. |

It'd probably most likely be Ashley, 9-Volt, and Orbulon. And Isa uses his sword a lot too. Jetpacks are indeed cool, so it might be more logical to just have him. But that's just my opinion |

Well, I reuploaded a revamped version of the last roster.
It now has 62 instead of 66. (6 removals, 2 additions).
And yes, Pokemon has the most playable characters, TOO BAD. The Mario series, when added with the Donkey Kong , Yoshi, and WarioWare series has 13 characters.
