10char. Anyways, I'm sure it would be completely easy to make a moveset for Goroh. N-Special: What Smashking said. S-Special:Dashes forwards, striking what-and-about with his sword, doing gymnastics along with the like. D-Special: A counter, but with a twist; as soon as the enemy strikes you, he flashes pink, giving you a bit of time to press A or B: if you press A, he slashes about a lot. If you press B, he knocks the enemy's attack away and does a No.1 Jump Double Side Kick, then lands on the floor, or if nothing, a simple slash. U-Special: Since Wario's up special has changed, he does a corkscrew, but also spins around in different fashions, doing a bunch of 360's and stuff, and has pink sparks around him; if you press A at any time, he spins his sword around him in a circle and comes down; you can tilt it to make it go a particular direction. Final Smash: Goroh calls the Pink Stingray or whatever, dashes forwards and after a bit of distance, jumps out, lands on the car with a punch, which makes a giant sphere of stingray's coming out(basically an enhanced version of normal special), explosions come out from the car as well; hitting the stingrays does a "Zapdos" effect, and hitting a fire from the explosion does knockback. If the car hits some body, the same final smash occurs, except double the damage is created.

I'm not breaking the 10 character rule. That IS 10 characters.
And no. No "Goroh Punch". Nothing that copies Falcon.

Added final smash. And his normal special should be something with the stingrays. OH WAIT Press normal special rapidly, its a bunch of gunshots. Charge it a bit, its a stingray, making it larger, having more damage, and faster. Charge it all the way, its a larger stingray, that does more damage, is even faster, and lock's on. And the 10char rule is for having more than 10 characters.

No, it's for having AT LEAST 10 characters.
And that's a better idea.

Maybe gunshots like Cable in MVC2? You can fire up to three powerful shots in sequence, each having enough hitstun for them to combo?

Actually yea, the gun can work for him also. So he has the katana, gun, a bounty hunter background, a move here and there in reference to his sting ray car (like C.Falcon with his car), acrobatic for his size, and he can also rely on his strength. See, he does have a few things to work with ;D

And for some reason, Goroh vs Falcon just seems like such an epic match.

I wanted to come up with Black Shadow's moveset, so here goes nothin': Standard Special- Black Orb- Black Shadow can charge up Dark orbs. The longer you charge them, the more you can shoot out at a time. The max amount of orbs that can be shot is 5.
Side Special- Horn Rush- Black Shadow kicks dust back (charge) and then ram forward with his bull-like horns. It would be much like a much slower, but stronger spin-dash.
Up Special- Darkness Clutter- Black Shadow leaps straight up into the air, his horns striking first. Darkness trails behind him.
Down Special- Death Leg- Black Shadow throws out a strong kick. Similar to Falcon Kick.
Final Smash- Black Bull Pandemonium- Black Shadow hops in the Black Bull and is allowed to ram over any players. The damage is strong, but it cannot jump high.
His grab would be the electric grab from Chapter 6 of GX's story mode.

I think that he shouldn't have horn attacks, as I'm almost positive that his horns are made of paper and glitter glue.

Here's my samurai goroh move set.
Neutral B
Bandit Gun Samurai Goroh pulls out the same gun his gang of thieves were armed with when goroh and his gang approached falcon for a challenge in chapter 2 of fzero gx. Its a long black machine gun that shoots rapidly. These shots stuns the enemy with a bit knockback.
Side B
Katana slashes. Just like in brawl, he does his rapid slashes where his foes can get trapped into the slashes. Great combo.
Up B
Multiple backflips Surprisingly for a big man he actually has acrobatics in his abilities. Like samus corkscrew, he performs a series of backflips which does combo attacks.
Down B
Counter He pulls out his katana and guards his front with it, when timed well he will block, dash a short distance pass through them with a counter attacks with a huge katana slash that stuns his opponent rather than causing knockback like marth and ike, leaving great opening for more multiple attacks afterwards.
Pretty much his fighting style is perfect for competative matches and fits well for a character with a competative personality. Bandit guns and counter helps helps him stun his foes, which leads to katana slashes and other A attacks and combo moves to rack up damage, followed by a smash attack based off his strength, leading to victory. So he will have stun attacks, speed, strength, and combos making him an excellent fighter.
P.S. I still like my idea of him somehow using the sting ray punch

So....your moveset is almost the same as mine? ...
What do you think of a final smash?

Why must all swordsmen have counters other than links?

Why must all swordsmen have counters other than links? Meta Knight doesn't have a counter. But I think Goroh should have one. The way this one sounds, it would be cool.

My idea made it more unique of a counter... but if we want to be a bit more original, we could make the stingray punch a down special, and if you use it in air, its a meteor smash, and is more powerful.

You never see him actually hit someone with horns in the game...do you? You don't see Captain Falcon doing Falcon Punches or Falcon Kicks in the game, do you? And if Sonic can use his quils for an attack, BS can use his horns.

Though some see having another swordman with a counter attack a bad thing, you have to look at it this way also. How many transforming characters, gun chargers, item throwers, self-missile shooters, dashes, etc. do we already have in the game? No matter how unique you can make a character, there will always be in one way or another some sort of similar ability or 2.
