1. When has Vectorman been requested?
I think only once by me.
2. Was Lloyd Irving in the new roster?
3. Hector was in the original roster, along with Ezio, Trace, Sylux, and Gray Fox.
4. Darth Vader should go in the heavily requested one. Anakin was the cut one
5. I think Ballooon Fighter should go in heavily requested

So they're probably only going to be good choices.

I don't think it should be locked forever; once the full roster has been finalized and they're positive there's not going to be any changes at all, this should be unlocked.
