Yes, yes it does.  In SSBC, it's more like the Melee one than the Brawl one. You have to hit with the tip of his sword on the first frame. Fun fact: it's currently the 9th strongest spike. |

I think it would be neat if 'Child Link' had more moves from the Toon/Four Sword games. Deku Leaf and Grappling Hook are a great start, but how about other things. For example, perhaps the FSmash can be the Whip from Spirit Tracks, Up Smash the Sand Wand from the same game, and neutral special being the Fire Rod from Four Swords Adventures. Make him less of a clone and more into a unique character.
Also, perhaps the Boomerang can be more controllable? In the DS games, you could literally trace out any path for it. Perhaps something like Pit's arrows except slower and easier to move around?

In melee is the most powerful one, its insanely hard to get a hit with it but if you do it he is gonna burn and send down to the same hell.
