It's the same as Krystal's staff. I'd usually advocate a change, but in this case if the priority of the boomerang is lowered, T Link's projectile game gets shattered. It's character defining (like Shoryuken and Shuttle Loop and Pound) Toon Link's projectile game was perfectly fine in Brawl. What he's saying is to change it so that it becomes like in Brawl, where it returns to you after you it someone with it, instead of going its full length. I'm not saying he was bad in Brawl at all. I'm not even sure where that came from. I'm saying that his bombs were nerfed and his boomerang was buffed. You notice he's still not top tier? He'd drop way down if boomerang was nerfed. That and the fact that it would still be unfair to nerf his boomerang and not nerf Krystal's staff, which is the same, but bigger.

Well, you mentioned the boomerang's priority getting lowered, and I thought that would make it similar to the Brawl boomerang. I thought it was just a long-winded way of saying if he got his brawl boomerang back. Toon Link barely clung onto high tier in Brawl, and I think his tier position here is actually higher than his tier position in brawl. So I think a nerf in the boomerang wouldn't knock him out of high tier. And they will nerf Krystal's boomerang. They will probably nerf all of Krystal's moves when they remember that the idea was to make the game balanced =\ But yeah, I agree it would be very unfair to nerf only one of the boomerangs. If they're nerfing Toon Link's, they should be nerfing Krystal's as well.

Agreed, especially since krystal has other projectiles she can also work with.

If they nerf it, it will be useful but not as useful as before, especially if they lower its priority and range (priority especially). The boomerang saves Toon Link from other projectiles (the Bombchu's as well). If the boomerang is ACTUALLY out-prioritized, Toon Link will be more wide open. The Bombchu's are amazing projectiles. They have KO power for small projectiles, they have good speed and are very useful for camping (his best camping tool imo). The Bombchus should be nerfed imo.

Does anybody noticed, that Y.Link's Spike is extremely hard to land? It's supposed to be. But is it harder than in previous versions?

True, maybe I'll make it somewhat easier by making the vertical hitbox of the sourspot smaller or making the sweetspot bigger. (The sourspot has priority - that is, you must hit with the tip of the sword only. Making the sourspot smaller would make this easier.)
