new update today. I'm hoping it will look really awesome when animated, for now it just stands there. EDIT: For those of you who haven't played GS this is Flint and he basically powers up Isaac's attacks and can be used for uber summon things... and it talks.

Sorry, I should have labeled it. This would be a Venus Djinni, or more specifically Flint the Venus Djinni. You will notice that people have referenced him a bit in the moveset so I thought I'd draw him up quick. EDIT: nother djinn. This one is Mars.

Have an idea for down aerial. Summons a Spire, which will fall down directly below him, and increases power and speed the longer it's in the air.

Im sorry for this question since I never really played golden sun but what is that Basically, each djinni has its own ability to either support the party with passive or active skills. There are two types of djinns: Support and Active. Support djinn have the ability to cast passive skills such as a resistance boost, or protective aura, which give an extra increase on each party member's stats. As for Active djinns, they have the ability to deal a decent amount of damage to an enemy based on its element. However, they may also have a special ability. For example, the Earth djinni, Sap, is an active djinni that can also absorb the enemy's hp and replenish the wielder of that djinni. Therefore, elements play a huge role in this game. There are four different types of elements: Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water. Each element has its own unique display of summons and effects. For example, usually water element provides the ability to heal and cure a party. Hence why, most of the water djinn have this set of ability. I think I explained this pretty well, so hopefully you understand what a djinni is.

I think that Red posted is the best.

Considerably, it is the best. However, some moves don't really match Isaac's profile. We should keep in mind to customize our own moveset instead of using someone else's idea. I oppose to such plagiarism; therefore, we should come up with a completely new moveset through our own planning.

Well, some moves can be the same....because of the phrase "great minds think alike". For example, the moveset red posted and the idea plasmis had in that other thread for the neutral specal are the same. Charging Move.

Free fall should be Isaac's Up B.

Free fall should be Isaac's Up B. Can you be more descriptive about what you're talking about?

Free fall should be Isaac's Up B. Can you be more descriptive about what you're talking about? Eh sorry. I'm playing the German version of Golden Sun and the attack is called Free Fall, The real name is Planet Diver. Planet Driver for Up B!

"Last Stand"?
....
FOR THE MOTHERLLAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDD
Er, uh, anyway...
After looking at Brawl’s Isaac I have some criticism for your sprite.
IMO the eyes are way too large, and a nose and mouth are absent.
His hair... looking at the Brawl isaac again he doesn’t have those two huge tuffs of hair.
Do note I was looking at the Isaac model from brawl and not something else, so if you were looking at a different reference please say something...!
The sprite itself kinda reminds me of Paper Mario... with little to no outline inside the sprite, and the black outline all around it, standing out. Nothing bad, but I dunno.

made the running sprite. I'm considering whether or not to do something different than the black outline. I really don't like the standing animation as much without it. The running looks fine without it though. Whatever.
