The famed hero of Vale was apparently taken off the roster, and though the devs are unquestionably in charge of all things crusade, I don't like the new change. I understand that in the end it all comes down to the makers of the game on who is in and who isn't, but I'm just going to try and convince you guys to change your minds.
From what I got from DMX, Isaac was taken out solely based on the difficulty of the sprites and not being able to create a unique and fun moveset for this particular character. Until recently I thought that the ease of making a spritesheet had no impact on whether a character would make an appearance, but because it does now I thought I would take away that factor with a spritesheet of my own making.
It will take a lot of time because I generally don't have much free time to spend on this, but it's better than no spritesheet. As for a moveset, there are a lot of creative minds here, and I'm pretty sure that Isaac is an interesting enough character to have a fairly unique and creative moveset made with not much work from everyone.
On an ending note, I would like to once again say that it is the devs that have the power here. All decisions are made by you guys and I have no power to make you reconsider. I can hope that after I make a sheet you would reconsider.
PS: I completely disallow flaming in this forum. I demand that everyone shows the utmost respect and that opinions will be respected as well.
I now invite you to discuss and I wouldn't mind some sprite critique as well.
EDIT: Generic's improvement ideas
this is my first rough draft. Still needs animations and I may change the pose to something more combative.
