Being that I'm on the southernmost tip, I decide to go for a light jog. North. Quickly.

El Maiz, you start jogging north from Srakdom, and just before leaving, come across a MASSIVE Food Ascertaining Rural Man House, or F.A.R.M. house. There doesn't seem to be a way around it, as there is a 20 foot tall fence from horizon to horizon.

E. Adam, you roll a... 14. The man is blinded for the next half second or so. Electro Adam uses his weapon again.

You roll... a six. One of your jet shoes malfunctions and the other overshoots and you're sent about 15 feet into the air, with no control over your trajectory. But he does miss you.

I'll run at the house, run up the wall, and do a backflip up onto the roof.
For good measure.

E. Adam, you roll a 41 and manage to knock him down and stun him. Afterwards, you crash onto the ground and take... 5 damage. You have 30 HP left, and ten seconds to attack the man. You have a -10 to your next attacking roll due to your recent crash landing.
El Maiz, you rolled a 24. As you near the roof while wall-running, a window opens and trips you. You take... 2 damage from the fall. You now have 45 HP.

Arata Ken looks around this new sight of the forest. Pine trees, bushels, and grass can be seen. Everything feels quiet and peaceful; maybe too peaceful. He turns around and glimpses at the path of darkness which he had desperately crossed. Immediately, the shroud of darkness disappears and dissolves, illuminating trees and grass again. He turns around and stares at the clear, blue pond. As he sees a reflection of himself, he's thinking what does the shroud of darkness mean. "What does this all mean?" he thoughts. "The darkness, the smoke, and the explosion. Why are these things happening at the same time?" He sits down in a cross-leg position. He closes his eyes and meditates.
Inside his mind, he hears a voice crying out to him. "Arata Ken.... Arata Ken....", the mysterious voice cries out. Arata Ken recognizes this voice. This tender and beautiful voice arouses his mind as he figures out who's calling him out to him. "Arata Ken.... Arata Ken....", the voice calls out again. "Our world.. is dying... Our people, our homeland are being suffocated from the blazing ring of death.... Please save us...." Arata Ken asks, "Who are you?" The mysterious voice shouts out, "Arata Ken!" Arata Ken can hear the voice fading. "Wait. Wait!!", Arata Ken screams.
Arata Ken opens his eyes abruptly. "Something is terribly wrong. And I'm going to get to the bottom of this!" said Arata Ken. He creeps over to the pond again and peers at the water. He sees a reflection of himself. Suddenly, he sees smoke from the reflection of the water. He turns around, yet he sees nothing. He peers back at the pond and sees a raging fire on the water's reflection. Finally, he realizes what's going on. "Whoever's voice that was, must be telling me that the answer to my problems is at the depths of this pond", said Arata Ken in a low voice.
Without any thinking, Arata Ken dives into the pond.

E. Adam rolls a 31 (41 - 10). You manage to cut off his other hand just as he was attempting to draw what appeared to be a weapon of some sort. He howls in agony once more. He says to you "Excitement is unsafe. Boredom shall rule. Peace shall be restored. Hail Boredom!" then attempts to hit something in his pocket with his elbow.
El Maiz, you roll a 44 and manage to grab onto the edge of the window. A man sticks his head out and then leaves, mumbling to himself.
Arata Ken, you dive into the pond, having rolled a 66, and find a gleaming stone near the bottom, guarded by yet another shadow, now safe from the sun's light.

But then the scene goes to a place called autumnters, where a new hero, Sheff, is arising.... Wait, that's Earthbound. He basically goes into a dream world of horror.

E. Adam, you are now surrounded by darkness and are so surprised that you faint. But there are no dreams or images, and you realize that it's a pretty boring dream.
El Maiz, you roll a 51 and succeed in climbing into the F.A.R.M. house. The man returns with a shotgun that has an "I'm Bored" face imprinted on it. It's aimed at you.
Arata Ken, you once again hear the voice, and it states "You take too much time to think, leaving you with too little time to act." It appears to be hinting at something.

Well, then... Approximately 9 hours later. GEE, DAT WAS A BORING DREAM. I HATE DAT. GEE, IT SURE IS BORING AROUND HERE. Electro Adam decides to walk. But little did he know he was still in his sleep.
