Here is a list:
1. On Vegetable valley if you jump from the main platform to the right little paltform above with Link and perform the B (arrow) attack in the peak of your jump Link will go through the little platform while in his B attack animation and unable to move until he shoots the arrow. Also while going through, the sound of "Link putting the arrow in the bow" plays repeatedly many times until he shhots the arrow.
2. If you sidestep or air-dodge Link's bombs they will explode without doing any damage upon doing contact with your character instead of going through the character.
3. After shooting an arrow with Link, for some he shows his "charging arrow" sprite for a fraction of second before he goes into standing animation.
4. Link still sometimes can't throw his bomb after pulling it out. I don't know the cause but I got the glitch many times to work by pulling out the bomb and immediately throwing it upwards.
5. Sometimes when Evil Ryu performs his Hadouken in the air he does a second one in a fraction of a second when he supposedly should have some ending lag after the first one. Don't know how to perform it thought.
6. On the right building of Saffron city you can only grab the edge of the right of that building but you can't grab the left edge which sometimes makes myself to accidentally suicide.
7. On Peach's Castle, on the very little flat area between the bottomless pit and the red slope at the left part of the castle, if you step there with Kirby facing the red slope of the castleand do a down-throw to any character, the character will go through the floor and fall to his death. (exactly in a position that the tip of Kirby feet touches the first frames of the red slope sprite; if not move a little to the right or left to perform the glitch) I tried it also with Metaknight but nothing happened though I don't if this will happen with the down-throw of any other character.
8. If you use your side-B attack with Metaknight towards a corner formed by a floor and wall (example: Peach's castle centre column with the floor) Metaknight will get stuck there in his helpless animation.
9. On Onett the cars only hit the first person they touch and pass through the other characters without doing any damage.
10. On onett again, if you are out of the screen in the magnified glass at the right side the cars will not hit you.
11. The tornado at Hyrule Castle only sucks in one person at a time. (I think everybody noticed this already a long time ago)
12. While a character is trapped in the tornado projectiles go through them without doing any damage.
13. Sometimes when you hit Lucas while doing a PK thunder he gets stunned in his "hit" sprite and also looks as if he were a little buried on the stage.
14. If you use Fox illusion towards a bumper he will go through it instead of bumping and getting hit.
15. You can still throw some projectiles (Waluigi bombs) through the left red slope of Peach's Castle when throwing it from the very little flat space nearby.
16. Lucario's double team doesn't counter projectiles.
17. (Problems with slopes still) If you touch a slope during the animation of some special attacks (final cutter, PK fire, arrow, etc) the attack repeats itself one more time by itself.
18. (Problems with moving platforms) With platforms moving horizontally, the only problem I found was in regards to some animations of some attacks that look weird like Samus charge shot. With platforms moving vertically there is the same problem and also another one with platforms moving very fast. When a character is on the moving platform going down, the character falls many times on the platform until it stops moving down and when a character does an attack that has some start up lag (most of them special attacks except up-special) in the moving while going down they will reset the attack each time they fall on the platform and do it many times repeatdely. (Doing this can make Luigi fire 6 fire balls in less than 2 seconds, make Captain Falcon say "Falcon Punch" 6 times in less than 3 seconds and trap Jigglypuff forever in its "Board the Platforms" stage singing her lullaby.
Also, I think shield recovers too fast. I think it should recover a little bit slower.
