Also is pika's tjolt angle any different? Yes, it is. It's a little less steep, I think. And TL's arrows sometimes automatically stretch back when going throug platforms. Yeah, I fixed this already. I believe it was brought up in the Diego222's glitches thread. And can you make it so that air dodging makes you not catch the returning boomerang? I suppose. I don't see why it should have made you catch it in the first place.

The Boomerang was much less useful than what we have now. Maybe Smash-B?

Are any dairs disjointed? I thought for sure Lucario's was. I usually have trouble landing because they just run under me and do an usmash, which I can't beat (with anyone). They even bait airdodges XD

They even bait airdodges XD Lucario's Dair has decently high hit priority, but of course it's even higher when he has higher damage. C. Falcon's Dair also has a vey nice vertical hitbox. There aren't too many disjointed Dairs though. Most disjointed moves involved electricity, etc. So, you noticed how easy it is to stuff aerial attacks with ground attacks. This priority balance was made intentionally. Ground attacks will, 90% of the time, beat or trade with aerials. This keeps jump-ins from being too effective, forcing you to consider your ground options as well.

The side effect is that it makes spiking recoveries nigh impossible, negating the point of it being a spike. I always wondered why that was. XD

Oh yeah, I was going to say that it's a trade off between stronger recoveries and forcing ground options. I thought it was recoveries that were really strong, I didn't realize there was a universal dair nerf. I don't see exactly why jumping in is such a problem; for a lot of characters it's not a better option anyway. Can you explain it further?

Ja. Me too. It's hard to do a Dair because of fast fall and POWERSHIELDING.

I thought it was recoveries that were really strong, I didn't realize there was a universal dair nerf. I don't see exactly why jumping in is such a problem; for a lot of characters it's not a better option anyway. Can you explain it further? Well, it isn't really just Dairs in general. I'll go ahead and say this - in 0.7, short-hopping and fast-fall aerials are more useful than in 0.6 because of the air speeds being faster in 0.7. When I started on the game, I didn't like how in Brawl there was such an emphasis on the air game. By making ground moves usually beat out air moves, I thought I could make the game more about fighting on the ground. However, because of how good the air dodges are in 0.6 and previous versions, and due to the slight floatiness of most characters, it still became a sort-of air-based game. No worries though, 0.7 is faster and air vs. ground is now a more balanced fight due to the speed. And of course, some characters (i.e. Mega Man, Peach, etc.) have had hitbox buffs, so it all depends on the characters. ^ ... @falcon The Spikes and Meteors in Crusade are good. Bythetralllalaal,Does now pressing 2 times down fast falling? Still haven't changed this yet, lol. I plan to soon though.
