I suppose I should actually make those sprites. I made the old ones back when I was full of myself for spriting the minister.

Anyways, comments on the changes:
-Never used the Jab to add damage, so I don't really care.
-By how much on both stun changes?
-That'll probably screw over S-Special>D-Special, but I'd have to test it to make sure.
-Reduce the damage if you want, but her D-Smash is really her only viable kill move on the ground. Nerfing it's knockback is a REALLY bad idea. U-Smash could never kill in the first place, and F-Smash is only useful when your opponent is stunned. Which leaves D-Smash as her only usable (non-situational) KO move on the ground.
-Longer animation also means more frames that hit/do damage, right?
-Probably won't end up being a big deal.
-THANK GOODNESS. Maybe it'll be useful when it becomes chargeable.

IMO, D-Smash is in there with her best tools for it's great range, high knockback and low knockback angle. And like I said, it's really her only grounded KO move.
And I'm not really seeing a whole lot of buffs, but whatever. *counts* There's... SORT of two (since the Demon Sniper was buffed and nerfed it only sort of counts).


Also I must lol at this:

Honestly, Krystal is the most solid character in the game IMO. She has good close and far-range options, has a solid ground game, solid air game, and incredible zoning. She's really a jack of all trades.

I searched around in your signature for ages before I realised what you were talking about ^_^

Anyway, she's already top tier material, I'm sure a down smash nerf will help her be more balanced and therefore less hated. Besides, she racks up damage really well, I think she will still be really good even without a quick finisher. Falco's finishers weren't spectacular in Brawl, and he was still #4.

That's because he had a chain grab, spike, and stun-lock to back him up. Which makes a horrifying combination.

At least her N-Special will be getting a nice buff soon. That could potentially add a KO move to her arsenal.
