Actually, Waluigi may be moving up. I just spent an hour playing against him making a new AT for Krystal (which is up in her discussion thread now), and didn't realize a few things, such as his s-special having reflective properties, and him being able to combo his d-smash into his final smash.
Yoshi has more glitches than that, so the egg lay thing isn't all that's stuck him down there. Have you ever tried hitting him with the Demon Sniper? I friggin' hate that dinosaur when playing as Krystal. That's just one.

...cause I haven't bothered mentioning it..? Yeah, he goes completely crazy and warps all over the place after being hit. If he attacks right out of it (usually with an u-special) it attacks from a random position in the vicinity, sometimes even in the stage, then he teleports back to his original position.

Waluigi's side special doesn't reflect. O.o
His side special is the BOMB. Literally.

*ahem* Yea, that was I who requested that. It's quite helpful and complicated, fits the comparison to a volley, and fitting Waluigi's crazy manner, allows for an unusual but effective attack.

I have fixed the glitch. He wasn't really teleporting, it was some craziness with the hitlag-shake animation. However, I also fixed the stun glitch for him. And, FYI, attacks like Krystal's stun gun cause very little hit-stun after the end of the electric stun. Also, electric stun attacks now no longer affect enemies who are already in hit-stun.

Odd. It seemed like he was warping around due to him attacking at a random position, but whatevs. It's good that I'll finally get to kick Yoshi's green behind properly.

Maybe goku fall from 1st to 2nd or 3rd? Uh, I honeslty don't care what Goku's ranking is, as long as people don't think he's too overpowered. He has already gotten a few small nerfs: - Kamehameha does less knockback - Kaioken causes more damage to Goku (was 22%, now is 25%) - Jab-locking is now impossible (all characters can shield or attack before next Jab)

Megaman isn't that low. For one, he can devastate Goku.

OK i agree i put Megaman too low but Megaman has flaws. Megaman is large, making it easy to land hits on him. He may have a great camping and projectile game, but its completely predictable (one of them can be used against him). His FS is easy to escape from. Poor recovery (one of the worst in the game imo). He is very easy to gimp. His kill moves are hard to land (FSmash being notable) and is very vulnerable to chain grabs.
More flaws.

Except that he completely shuts down projectile dependent foes, so his matchups end up being on either end. Either really good, or really bad.

Okay, in light of the Mega Man discussion, I'd like to share a few small changes made to Mega Man. Someone mentioned Mega Man having a large hurtbox, so I decided that it should be made smaller. The old hurtbox is on the left side of the above image. The new one on the right is shorter horizontally and vertically. Jab 1's old hitbox is shown above. Originally, I was of the impression that giving Mega Man the full range on the punch would be too much. Shown here is the new Jab 1. It provides him with better range, and it's a 3-frame jab now as well, making it potentially a very good Jab. The range on Mega Man's Forward Smash has also increased slightly. As seen above, Mega Man's Down Air Attack now has a wider, slightly lower hitbox. Finally, the range on Forward Tilt has been buffed a little. It also does a bit more knockback. Hopefully these changes to his close-range hitboxes will help him out! However, Mega Man is fundamentally the same.

If you have any suggestions for Kirby, I am all ears!
Here's my speculation for 0.7 list: - Faster characters will remain very effective at, well, being fast, due to the increased gravity. - Characters with weaker recoveries will have to be even more careful, since they fall faster. - Because of this, I see characters who can edge-guard well moving up on the list. Kirby, Jiggs, and Meta Knight will be strong characters. - Characters who can combo well on the stage can now do more damage due to the hitstun and gravity. Mario, Luigi, and Fox will remain strong for this reason. - Projectile characters may not be quite as effective now due to the speediness of the rest of the cast. However, this has been taken into consideration (as you can see with the Mega Man buffs above). - I think the game will be more balanced. Here's hoping.
