Maybe make his Side B a bit Stronger? Or a little more speed when hes running?

I think more speed would work wonders actually. Thanks for mentioning that! Oh, and his Side B IS stronger now, forgot to mention. All of the powerful attacks like that seem stronger now due to the universal increase in knockback.

Answering Falcon's question from whenever it was that he asked where the new characters would end up on the list:
Going from personal experience, I'd say that Gooey would end up in high A tier or low S tier due to his great recovery, reliable combos and his d-special. Although I haven't played him with the engine change yet. Hopefully he didn't shift too drastically with it.
Also, @ph4: Tier lists and tourneys are related. Didn't Diddy Kong move up in Brawl's tier list after an amazing match against a Meta Knight main?

Kirby's had a few minor buffs. The hitstun changes make him easier to combo, but specific to him are buffs to his Up Air hitstun, ground and air speeds, and overall KO power. As always, he's scary at close range.
