Too lazy to list the main differences. This is relatively old though (pre-tourney), so some changes may be made.

I still don't understand why Bomberman is that high, could someone explain?

Bomberman can spam at will. And he can place bombs. PLACE!! and he can place them all at once. This combined with his Side B (one of the best in the game) gains him kills in a flash. Bomberman's smash set is one of the best in the game. He has a great aerial and ground game.

Oh and San, Knuckles should definately not be that low. Knuckles is amazing at killing, DownB useful mindgame, excellent recovery, survivability, amazing air game and the ability to glide and having the best glide attack in the game. Very slow attacks (Fsmash notable) alone does not negate all these positive aspects.

Link should increase to high tier. Toon Link leader of B tier. Samus also higher. You put Megaman too low. Wario is too high.

In order:
I agree with all the Bomberman stuff.
Have you tried playing against him as Krystal, Fox, or basically any fast character that can out-range him? Sure, his S-special (boulder-toss thing) has relatively good range, but it can be dodged or its KO potential negated. I don't deny the fact that his attacks are all very powerful, but if you can't hit your opponent, you can't kill them, no matter how powerful your attacks are.
I've never had much trouble beating Link. That's why he's not higher than he is.
Toon Link, on the other hand, gives me a lot of trouble, hence why he's A Tier.
Similar reason for PSS, I don't have that much trouble beating her.
Megaman is low because his recovery sucks and his projectiles can either be easily dodged or out-prioritized by other projectiles; in fact, one of them can be used against him. His Final Smash can also be easily negated as a killing attack to the point where it's just a flashy damage-doer.
Wario's in D-Tier. I don't see how that could be too high, especially considering his Final Smash. And he's already moved up on mine, if I recall correctly.

Also, I hope you realize that "san" is a Japanese honorific equivalent to the English "Mr" or "Ms". You can just call me Detta.

Okay Detta. I agree with Bomberman vs Fox.

In the Bomberman matchup discussion, its clearly put -3 in Fox favour.

Toon Link is good character. Toon Link has great projectiles but can be reflected right back at him. His recovery is good but if he is spiked strongly, or far away from the stage, he is a gonner.

Link has decent recovery and has a reflector, equiped with very strong reliable kill moves. His air game is good and has a good time edgeguarding and gimping. His zair is amazing and he can camp easily. Almost his entire moveset can kill and he can also chain grab and he is not as easy to beat as you say he is.

Wario should be bottom 5. Peach should also be bottom 5. Meta Knight and Fox should go higher. Samus too.

Another question. How did you take my Knuckles explanation.

This was my Knuckles section. I said I agreed with the Bomberman stuff, and that was a different section.
Anyways, Wario is where Wario is because it's an agreeable spot. I decided that's where he would be back on the Ranking List thread.
Peach is a different story entirely, but she doesn't really belong that low. She's got some good attacks and insane recovery.

Yoshi is low-tier (bottom, rather) until he's glitch-free. There are a number of glitches that don't work at all in his favor.
As for link, I might play against him a bit more tomorrow and see if anything changes. Rather, later today...

I definitely think T. Link should be high, that bomerang out prioritizes almost every projectile in the game. He also has good range. I don't understand the argument about being vulnerable to spikes, since there are only a handful of characters that can even hope to recovery from a spike.

I also think Knuckles should be higher, since his slowness is pretty much a non-issue if you just use tilts (his forward tilt is the safest, I think)

Alright, Link will be moving up to B-Tier. However, he will still be one below Lucario, so it's really only a tier change, not a placing change.
I played against him as Krystal (and Lucario when I was deciding his new placement) and he couldn't kill me with any other move besides his Final Smash. When I turned Final Smashes off, I won without losing a life (these were all 3-stock matches). As Lucario, I could heavily outrange him with Aura Sphere, and Lucario's smashes and S-Special outrange Link's sword by a lot.

Luigi: +0

EDIT: Ninja'd by ensane, I agree that Toon Link is high (he's A-Tier on mine).
I think I'll record a few matches of me beating up Knuckles and you'll see why he's low (he slow HAHAHAHAHAHAfunny).

Toon Link in the bottom A or Top B. Knuckles is very underrated. I defeated 7 Lvl 9 Goku CPU (single match 1 by 1) with Knuckles losing only one life with 3.

Waluigi is also very underrated. Waluigi has amazing ways of approaching and has a good camping ability. His Dspecial, imo, is broken. He can lock opponents down into very high damage and an instant KO or followed up with his Final Smash.

Link and Waluigi should be tied for the lowest ranked High tiers in the B Tier.

Knuckles should be leader of Bottom 10 or 21th.

Bomberman imo is better than Ryu.

From what i have seen, Gooey definately is A Tier.

Waluigi's down special can't trap in 0.7 IIRC.
