I made two versions of the 3rd tier list and i cant decide which one can be the ACTUAL list. Here they are

I still cringe when I see bomberman anywhere near A tier. Also Link would fit better at the top of C tier. Speaking of which, what's going on with Link and Mach Rider in the 2nd one?

I also believe T. Link is all around better than Toad.

IMO Toon link is far better than Toad, as he has better projectiles, more range, a recovery crippling up special, more K.O power blah blah.

Toad is better in the air, though.

Toad is bottom tier, he doesnt have nothing, same for link. T link have a good aerial game and a good zair, along with a lot of projectiles and a good recovery with a great edgeguard move (Ground upb)

You know what, i will analyse Link frame data and toad to show you how bad they are.

Frame data is NOT everything.
Toad has a Great Nspecial and Sspecial that, when charged completely., do a LOT of damage. Down Special is also efficient, Up Special does a lot of hits and has an excellent recovery, Pretty good aerials, awesome smashes, and a final smash that can hit anybody as long as they're on the ground.

Toad nspecial comes out in frame 17 (slow)

it takes 75 frames to charge completly. it haves 3 levels of charge, in order, they hit for 13, 16 and 20.

it hits like an smash attack but it take more time to charge and come out (in counterpart, mario dsmash comes out in frame 7)

Notice that you're the only person that thinks Toad and Link are bad. I think your "objection" is overruled.

And Frame data does not actually matter much at all until you actually play as the character. I don't think they look at frame data to order the Brawl tier lists. They play as the characters in the game. Also their orders are based on tournaments, and Crusade has only had one...

Man, you are hilarious. The frame data os all the characters where take in count to make the tier list, thats one of the reason of why Meta is top, search on youtube XXXX frame data and you will find it.

And yes, frame data predicts how a character is going to perform on another.

Everyone thinks =/= fact. I am pointing facts, you are the ones that are wrong. I am pointing facts straight from the Source Code of the game. What do you have? your eprsonal opinion.

And once again you fail to understand this: frame data is not all that matters.

You're finally on my bad side. You are by far one of the most ignorant people I've ever met, ignoring other people's input no matter how many times they say it.

Some people main Yoshi, some people main Goku. I'm pretty sure that if the Goku player sucks and the Yoshi player is awesome, Goku will lose. My point is, tier lists are senseless in my opinion. They may be fun to talk about, but not if you have to be all serious and annoying when talking about them.

I'm not pwned if I have to take 20 seconds to understand that you saying "The frame data os all the characters where take in count to make the tier list" actually means "The frame data is what all the characters take in to consideration to make the tier list".

And no, frame data predicts the speed and slowness of characters when they fight against each other. Not to mention Toad can charge his specials, so he can unleash it at any time.
