I feel like doing something relatively productive, and here it is. Since Werekill is still "too busy" to make the BR apps, I'll just start up the tier list discussion here.

Now we're onto the #2 spot! Explain who should be #2 in 0.7 and why.

ok, so, everyone knows Goku is Top Tier, he haves a lot of broken moves (U air and Kamehameha to name a few), its hard to kill and kills in low percentages. he haves a bad recovery (Not so bad as link, but is bad) and a few bad matchups (Fox) but thats all his weakness.

The others top tier characters would be G&W, Fox and Meta Knight (Not ordered)

For the bottom tier, Link, Bomberman and Falcon deserve to be there.

Alright, looks like we have one vote for Goku. Maybe one day he won't be lolbroken.
Let's hold off on discussion of the other tiers until after we get the top 5-10 or so.

For number 1 I'd say Goku. His projectiles are good enough to keep him from getting camped too much, and his close range attacks are good as well. He seems to have all around favorable matchups as well.

Top tier is Goku, Fox, Krystal, Meta Knight, and Gooey, IMO. Although I would like to think that the rest of the characters other than the bottom-tier ones are pretty well-balanced. Bottom-tier to me would be Jiggs, C. Falcon, and Pikachu.

Samus should be high B tier. At the least, she's better than ZSS.

I might gonna get heat for Mew2's position so im gonna go right ahead an explain:

Mewtwo is in every way better than his Melee incarnation. Mewtwo's has great combo ability and finally a killer (great kill power). Mewtwo has a reliable chain grab and powerful throws. Mewtwo's Confusion is a reflector that can damage (in Melee it reflects, but the reflected projectile does no damage) and Disable is a good gimp move and edgeguard move and its fatal to those with poor recoveries like Mach Rider and Waluigi.

Mewtwo actually fares well against Goku so give him that.

Isn't Mewtwo still light-weight like his Melee counter-part? If so, large target + lightweight is very easily combo'd. (I didn't get him for obvious reasons.) Also, Gooey does seem to have pretty good potential for S-tier. As for TL, he has pretty good tools at his disposal to be high-ish B-tier. He has great spacing game, and his z-air can out prioritize the projectiles from all the characters above him within B-rank (except Ristar of course). He can easily deal pressure on his opponent to be able to space by using a mix-up of both his 'rang, z-air and n-air.

Did you forget about Peach? And her ridiculously broken Turnips? And all that awesome stuff I found? There's NO WAY she's #26. You even said she was high-tier material.

Jigglypuff has range? Ha. No. She doesn't. Considering neutrals at the least, probably the worst in the game.
Whereas with Samus. There's the whole "possibly strongest projectile in the game that goes across the whole stage" thing. There's the "Very sharp lock-on missle" thing. There's the Power Missle Strafe. and the whole "spam grapple" thing.

I just gave quite a few explanations on why Samus' range is awesome. You keep on saying it's bad.
I say Jiggs has horrible range, yet you say she does.

Toon Link is far better than Link, lower Link. There is no way toad is high tier. Absolutely no way (Laaaaaaag)

Mewtwo should be removed, the only way to get him as playable is removing 2 characters (even if i agree he is pretty good).

Snake should be a little higher (He is pretty bad on 0.7, but not that bad, he should be 30 at least)

Megaman should be higher and Ristar lower. Apart from that i am ok with that list xPPPP
