Mother's day is tomorrow. And this is off topic. That's a friendly warning. If you must know, I had it early because most of the family could only make it today. And as i said for Doctor Mario, Keep A Moves, Change B moves, Two sides of a yummy, Oreo Cookie. |

She must either:
a. Live in a different time zone.
b. Celebrated Mother's Day 1 day early because something else is happening tomorrow.
c. Must have prepared for Mother's Day, rather than celebrated it.
EDIT: Damn, ninja'd.
I still go for the Evil Ryu route and have barely any changes in attacks other than properties. Maybe SOME new moves, but not a full set. (Like maybe have a defibrilllator somewhere)

That way we have all veterans sans Ice Climbers and Melee Young Link?

Anyways, alt-selects don't have to be clones. Evil Ryu's moveset is getting changed a bit. And if the Minister got in as an alt select, he wouldn't be a clone. |

Well here are my thoughts...
Alt select =/= clone. Wait, have I read that somewhere before?
I think Doc doesn't HAVE to be a clone. We could give him a few new normal moves and special moves. The moveset that StayPuft made was fine with me.

Must Changes:
Fair (melee Mario fair is a meteor, Doc fair send you diagonal up)
F-smash (maro had fire, Dr Mario shocked you (and it was more powerful))
Cape (Dr mario recovery was worst than mario on this point)

Sounds like a good plan to me, though! I think he should get a different fair or something, and a couple of special moves, too.

I think the best is making him a Clone but special buffs that Mario don't have. For example Mario's F-Smash does 17% Damage , Doc's F-Smash should do 20% Damage. And some new A moves . I'm thinking here on the Jabs. Give him a 4 jab combo.His Dash attack should send his opponents backward,not forward like Mario's. Something minor on his Air Attacks(Like Felipe mentored on his Fair. I would suggest to change his Bair to do 10% damage,if hit late more. Just make him not a 100% clone of Mario). For the B moves i think the same as the A moves. They don't need to be different but Buffed.Maybe,just maybe,some moves could be different,for example his Neutral Special. Smash B could send two projectiles.
This is how i think Doc is the best. What you think guys about this?

Jabs? Nah, he was different enough from Mario with lag between the moves. This was how he was in Melee.
Dash Attack: k
F-Air: k
B-air: k
The Neutral special was what made him special. by Smash B, do you mean side b? That'd just be overpowered.

His Special moves should be completely different, except for Megavitamin.

IMO he should also keep Super Jump Punch, though only because the only other idea we have is using the stethoscope, which is just kinda weird IMO. If that should be used, it should be used in a grab or something, if that.
If anyone has any other ideas for Up Special, SPEAK NOW OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR... SOMETHING.

Yeah. He just spins around and flies upward. Maybe a spike at the end rather than upward punch.
